About Us
Alamdar Memorial College of Nursing started during June 2016, by appointing two Assistant Professors and four tutors in nursing. 40 students were selected by IUST Awantipora for persuing Basic B.Sc. Nursing during October 2016. The college was formally commissioned during December 2016 by then Chief Minister Ms. Mehbooba Mufti and former HVC, Prof. Mushtaq A. Siddiqui. The college is affiliated to INDIAN Nursing Council and State Nursing Council since 2016. The physical infrastructure of the college comprises four class rooms, computer lab, college library, skill labs with simulators in nursing foundation, medical surgical nursing, community health nursing, pediatric nursing, maternity nursing and mental health nursing, three offices of faculty, office staff and principals office.
