About Us
The Department of Physics was established in the year 2015 to promote excellence in education and research. To make learning of physics, a fundamental science, interesting and exciting, we envision a high standard of teaching driven by curiosity and creativity. We are focused to develop the key infrastructure for quality research at the department. To demonstrate the importance of physics in zeitgeist research and to inculcate a problem-solving approach in students, regular tutorials have been incorporated into the teaching where problems of research interest are also discussed along with the routine problems of academic interest.
